All items are sold on the basis that they will be collected or dispatched within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If you are unable to collect an item or accept delivery within this timeframe, please contact LVC Interiors prior to purchase to discuss storage arrangements, timescales, and any associated storage charges. Please note that storage is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
When storage is required, items will not be released for collection and delivery until all associated storage charges have been paid in full and cleared funds have been received.
Items that remain uncollected or undelivered after 24 weeks from the date of purchase, without prior agreement, may be considered abandoned and will become the property of LVC Interiors. In such circumstances, no refund will be due.
