If you would like a delivery quotation prior to purchase, please contact us via the website contact form or by email at lvc-uk@outlook.com. When enquiring, please include the item you are interested in and the full delivery postcode so that we can provide an accurate quote.
Once a delivery quotation has been agreed, we will confirm the total cost and provide instructions for payment. Items will not be dispatched until full payment, including any agreed delivery costs, has been received and cleared.
UK delivery times may vary depending on location, item size, and courier availability. While we aim to provide accurate estimated timescales, LVC Interiors cannot accept responsibility for delays outside of our control.
Smaller items are typically sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce using the most appropriate and economical service available at the time of booking. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Larger items are generally delivered via a single-crewed vehicle and should be assumed to be kerbside delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure adequate assistance is available to safely receive and move items upon delivery. All delivered goods must be signed for.
If alternative delivery arrangements are required, this must be discussed and agreed prior to purchase. Any additional services or requirements may incur extra costs.
