At LVC Interiors, we take care to accurately describe and photograph each item so that customers can purchase with confidence.
Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, all goods are sold as seen. Returns or refunds are accepted only in the event that an item is significantly not as described or has been damaged in transit.
To be considered for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. LVC Interiors must be notified in writing of any concerns within 48 hours of delivery via email at lvc-uk@outlook.com.
2. Clear photographs showing the nature of the issue must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
3. LVC Interiors must be given reasonable access to inspect the item if requested.
4. The purchaser is responsible for securely repackaging the item to prevent damage during return transit.
5. The purchaser remains responsible for the item until it has been received back by LVC Interiors.
6. Returned items must be received in the same condition as delivered. Any damage or further damage may result in a refund being refused.
Where a return is approved, items must be returned within 5 working days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
All items collected in person are sold strictly as seen and are not eligible for return or refund.
