One of the most important things to Lena's Vintage Corner is knowing our clients are able to purchase via our online platforms safe in the knowledge they are protected.  

LVC will  accept returns strictly within 5 working days of delivery should goods be either not as pictured and described or damaged in transit, no other reason shall guarantee a return or refund of goods. However to qualify for a potential return and/or refund the following conditions must be met:

1. LVC must  be notified of any concerns within 48 hours of delivery in writing using lenasvintagecorner@outlook.com

2. LVC must be provided with images/photographs clearly showing the nature of any concern within 48 hours of delivery

3. LVC must be given access to the product on site/location when requested without delay

4. Purchaser must repackage and secure the product(s) for shipping and protect the product(s) so as to ensure no damage (or further damage) can be caused during return transit

5. Purchaser is responsible for the product(s) until LVC takes receipt of any return

6. Goods must arrive back to LVC exactly as delivered, any damage or further damage will result in no refund being issued

All collected goods are sold on a 'sold as seen' basis and as such are not subject to any return or refund.
