Collection is the default option for items purchased from LVC Interiors unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in advance. If collection is not suitable, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss furniture delivery options or alternative arrangements.
Purchased items should be collected within 14 days of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed. If collection within this timeframe is not possible, storage arrangements must be discussed in advance. Storage fees may apply — please refer to our Storage page for further details.
Once payment has cleared, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the collection address and arrange a mutually convenient date and time for collection.
All items, including our vintage furniture collection, are sold as seen. Ownership of an item transfers to the buyer at the point of collection. LVC Interiors accepts no responsibility for damage or loss once an item has been collected and is in transit.
Items remaining uncollected after 24 weeks, without prior agreement, may be considered abandoned and become the property of LVC Interiors. Please refer to our Storage page for full details.
