 If a delivery quotation is required prior to purchase, this should be done using the ‘contact us’ form on the website or via email using lenasvintagecorner@outlook.com.  Please ensure you provide as much information as possible, as a minimum we will need to know what product you wish to purchase along with the full proposed delivery address.

If delivery is required, once a quotation has been issued and accepted a code will be generated to allow for purchase and payment in full of all agreed costs via lvc-uk.co.uk.

Items will not be shipped under any circumstances until full payment (cleared funds) has been received by Lena’s Vintage Corner

International shipping times may vary, Lena’s Vintage Corner will be as accurate as possible with quoted timescales however accept no responsibility and/or costs as a result of any delay in delivery of goods.

All International ‘parcels’ (smaller items) will be sent using the most economical option at the time of enquiry.  As a general rule all parcels to be sent to North America, Asia and Australia will be sent via FedEx while parcels to Europe will be sent via DPD. Note courier details and tracking information will always be provided.

It is requested by Lena’s Vintage Corner that the purchaser ‘assumes’ all deliveries will be kerbside drop off and that all deliveries will be completed by a single crewed vehicle.  It is essential that the purchaser ensure sufficient ‘labour’, ‘man-power’, or machinery is available to ensure safe unloading of the delivery vehicle.  All delivered goods must be ‘signed for.’  If alternative arrangements are required it is the responsibility of the purchaser to advise Lena’s Vintage Corner as such to enable discussion to take place, any amendment to the delivery service or requirements may result in additional costs - this must be done prior to purchase or placement of any order.

The cost of transport associated with delivery of any goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and not the responsibility of Lena’s Vintage Corner.

The purchaser bears all responsibility for any and all customs duty and or taxes local or otherwise.  Lena's Vintage Corner does not and will not assist or advise in anyway with regards to customs, taxation and/or duty.
